The Grillo grape is truly sicilian. It is obtained from local grape varieties that papa Peppe decided to cultivate for his peculiarity and for the quality that can be achieved.<\/p>\n
Our Grillo vines are grown on curtains in medium soils and the pruning chosen is the guyot pruning.<\/p>\n
All grapes are harvested by hand, including our Grillo. The wine is of single-variety vinification: we only use Grillo grapes to guarantee his sicilian authenticity.<\/p>\n
