The Sicilian rosé wine made from Nerello Mascalese is a native variety that represents Sicilian tradition. This is why we decided to plant it in our Estate.
Our grapevine grows on a medium-textured soil, partly clayey and partly rich in limestone. This way, our Nerello expresses specific characteristics in its aromas, intensity, and body.
Our Nerello Mascalese vines are trained in a vertical shoot position system with Guyot pruning.
We decided to briefly macerate our Nerello with the grape skins to produce a rich rosé wine, achieving a balance between freshness and structure.
